You need the opportunity to step on the court during the season. Base minimum should be enough for him to sign, just like Jingles

100% - Broekhoff does not need to play Summer League. Ingles did not either.

They are NBA ready players and it all comes down to being offered a contract at the right money.

Those Khimki and Anadolu Efes deals are worth big money.

Could be that Brooklyn don't want to show him off too much so as not to give him too much exposure which could open the door for other offers from other teams.

They know what he brings and they have probably already seen enough by now; no point trying to see what you already know about a guy if that puts him at risk of another team seeing him and picking him up.

Yeah, I don't think he'd have any interest in summer league. It's probably just a matter of $$$ now - are NBA teams willing to offer as much as Euro teams.

I think its a situation where he's actually above summer league. From memory Ingles didn't play summer league the year he signed either (not 100% on that, can someone confirm?). Teams by now know what he can do, and its a case of deciding whether they want to give him a chance.

As Ryan Broekhoff awaits a potential first NBA contract in the US, the multi-year European offers continue to mount up for the sharpshooting Australian.
