Premier League Round 16
Any reason other than ‘because we can’ for the games being swapped at Hillcrest tonight?
I'm starting a series of player spotlight's on my blog, this week it's on Diamon Simpson.
He's probably my favourite 36er and one of my favourite imports since the Mee/Brooks days. His play has dropped off a little of late which has made the decision to try to resign him next year go from "definitely" to "we'd like to have you back, but...." IMO.
His points and rebounds are down in 2012 (over 2011) despite his minutes going up a little. It seems teams are starting to foul him more when he gets deep and boxing him out harder, especially on the offensive end.
Should we resign him without question, do we "need to talk" or should we try someone else?
