Kings would be stupid to release him and risk injury, especially how important he is to their chances and their advertising.

One of the things I am keen to look for this season is how Bairstow's injury recovery has gone and that he hopefully continues to improve his health and shows us what he is capable of again, good luck to him!

The NBA dates are official training camp dates.
A lot of players are around much earlier, they just can’t have formal training sessions with NBA coaches.

So it may be better for Creek to be in NYC earlier, plus he will need to settle in a bit before training camp.

You would think it's a straight swap, DJ for Kickert but I would be unsurprised Lemanis still didn't want DJ and was pressured to swap him for Kickert and so the end result is that DJ still won't play

For non-veteran players the first date to report is either 21 or 22 September depending on when your team plays their first pre-season game.
