I've said all along that Kings will underachieve because their culture is poor and Gaze is a zero as a coach.

If the sack Gaze and replace Wear, I might take them seriously.

Hopefully this season will be crap and Gaze and JVG will be moved on. I am a passionate Kings supporter and I hate this shit. It's only pre season I know but we are shit. SDL are tipped to be botton. Bogut didn't look mentally or physically up to it today. He would always struggle against fast paced teams like Adelaide he was made to look like a stobie pole.

I said when he signed he would probably be good for say 8p and 8r a game never understood the predictions he would average 20 & 10.

Bogut will play well for the first half of the season and burn out. Bogut cant get out to contest the opposing centers jumpsuit, whether that's by instruction to stay in the paint or him not having a quick step that's one way to pick him apart or at least get him tired contesting jumpsuits.

Worrying signs for the Kings - 8 weeks together, and still looks like they are struggling on both ends, with very little scoring in the paint. Just hope Bogut is holding back for the real season. Surely, no one can beat him on a post, face up, 2 steps, hook/layup/dunk. Or is he too old and too slow? As I've said previously, playing with effectively one 1 import in Randle is not enough. Time to get 2 more legit imports that can score in the paint.

Jett/Cedric/Conklin is a sick trio.

Southern are currently refusing to clear one of the Junior members of their ABA squad(Davies)because he signed a player agreement in October last year.

Since then the Club has recruited heavily and most of these players now suit up to ABA games including an import to play the 2 spot.

He has told the Club he only wants to play Under 23's elsewhere so now he will sit out for 6 months.

How can a Club hold someone to the contract when this occurs! I am sure it would not happen in any other sport.

This seems to happen every year and last year it was Southern again holding back Brandon Brine from going to North.

There has to be a better way! Why can't any transfer be decided by an indeopendant committee.
