Growing up, Mills and Webster were similar. But Mills had better shot selection, athleticism and defence. He also matured faster whereas Corey has taken some time to adjust being a professional and there is still room for him to improve physically.
I wouldn't put Webster on the same level as Mills, Patty is definitely a better player than him but when Webster's shot is dropping he's probably an NBA level player.
The problems for him have always been his shot selection which has gotten better as he's matured and his ability to impact the game positively when his shot isn't on his last season here in the NBL he was a liability at times.
