2018–19 NBL betting thread
Sunday;
NZ Breakers 3.35 & +6.5 @ 1.90
They should prove to be a lot better team than the nonsense trotted out on Thursday. United could find themselves tested physically and mentally off the 4OT, where they also used up plenty of hot hand for one weekend. Price has trimmed since taking this bet earlier today but still great value IMO currently at around 3.00 & +5.5.

Probably a good bet he was scoreless in their first game and would be looking to light it up against Cairns at home.

Okay thanks for confirming.
Those pricks have restricted me so many times but at least they are contributing to NBL now.

They are sponsors of the league, schedule has sportsbet odds on it now. Plus courts will have their logo on it.

Re: Sportsbet -- I'm not sure if they are an official sponsor as they aren't listed as such? They are sponsoring the fantasy game and when the teams were playing NBAxNBL games but that seems to be it? Unless they are waiting intil tomorrow to announce more.

Did anyone get on NZB -1.5 earlier in the week? Line is now out to -4.5, would be a good middle!

So Sportsbet have replaced Ladbrokes as the official betting partner of the NBL? Is that correct?

Decided I should officially become a member. :D
Tabtouch has a deal up to $50 bet, if your team leads at HT, but lose cash back.
I'll have $50 on:
Round 1
Breakers over Bullets @ $1.65
Bullets over Taipans @ $1.60
Wildcats over Hawks @ $1.33

Hey guys,
Need your various expertise to answer a few random NBL questions please:
Can anyone let me know who wore jersey number 8 for the NE Melb Giants in the era where they were sponsored by boozeless?
Also, did a player named Scalzi (Matt maybe?) wear 51 and play for the Giants in the same era?
Also, who wore 34 for the Tigers during the Kmart Tigers era?
Lastly, an odd questions, does anyone know if Dave Simmons wore a XXL jersey during his playing career with the Tigers?
Thanks in advance all
MrB
