Hawks not given exit rows
For league parity every team should be given the same number of exit row seats per flight as their ladder position the previous season

If the Hawks got exit rows, would they have lost by 25 instead of 40?

Surely Illawarra would be priority picks to be given exit rows.
You have to agree that you’re capable of opening the exit.
Conklin could easily elbow it open.

They just book flights to and from Perth, then take a stab in the dark for the rest.
Paid.

If the last minute booking is the excuse due to a late fixture by the NBL, then how do they get exit rows for the playoffs?

Tim Robinson from Fox:
@NBL apologised to @illawarrahawks after they didn’t receive exit row seats for their trip to @PerthWildcats. It was said the booking was late. Hawks players usually request 6 and receive a minimum 4 exit seats on flights.

B and C LoveBroker. Due to the late release of the schedule the booking company couldn't book flights for the season until late in the piece. It should only affect the earlier flights in the year as the emergency exit seats had already been booked by regular Joes.

In fact what is the official NBL travel protocol? Anyone know?
Is it :
a) All players are guaranteed an exit row seat?
b) The travel company will do their level best to book exit row seats?
c) Or no such guarantees exists and it's down to supply and demand on the flight.

My knees lock in against the seat in front of me and I’m 6’3”. And (hate to surprise you) I don’t play professional sport for a living. I think it’s a valid gripe for half their team, especially veterans managing their body through a season.

Classic Dazz, no airline is going to remove seats for one interstate flight. Clueless.

The company that book the flights for the NBL (it's a 3rd party arrangement) can only book flights once the fixture comes out, for obvious reasons. With the fixture coming out so late in the piece I know some flights early in the season already had the emergency exit seats reserved by other flight customers leaving them the ability to only book standard seating for the players. If theNBL released the fixture earlier the booking agent would have been able to secure EE seats for the NBL

Hawks never show up in Perth, plus Wildcats are flat track bullies. Nothing has changed so stop with the excuses.

Incel is the preferred term.

Take it up with the airline.

Popovich received 77 first-place votes. Chicago coach Tom Thibodeau was second (27), Indiana coach Frank Vogel was third (7) and Memphis coach Lionel Hollins was fourth (6). Boston's Doc Rivers and Denver's George Karl each received a vote.Any disagree with this choice?
