Is Patty Mills washed up?

Ive watched last few games, when his shot isnt falling its not a good look however he has the ability to score quickly. Its possible his game could be better if in a different system.

patty has hit his ceiling true, but that is high enough that he'll have another 5 years being a positive contributor in the NBA, provided injuries are minimal and of short effect.
