Cats v Hawks Feb 1
My prediction for someone to dunk on Ogilvy would've been right had he not bitched out and moved out of the way of Cottons HUGE dunk. Couldn't bear being on multiple posters in Perth.

Perth's three, but I'd imagine they are also earning 2x as much.

It was an interesting and largely uncovered backstory that this game brought together a few old Townsville players.
Out of interest (and disregarding import status), who would you take? Perth's Norton, Kay and Steindl or Illawarra's Jett, Conklin and Blanchfield?

You know it was a huge buffet of home cooking when there is not a single post from J crying about the refs

Didn't hurt at all. Expected the Hawks to lose by about 300 so I was pleasantly surprised that it was a closeish game, but got a bit tired of every Wildcats shot in the paint being blown a foul.

The best defence is a steady serve of free throws.

Surprised Cotton didn't get 3 shots when White shook his hand there.

In any other arena the Hawks would be up 15 right now.

Are you kidding me. What BS.

Found a cheat code for rebounding. It's called boxing out

AJ playing a rare good game in Perth

Only in Perth can an away team shoot over 75% and be losing by 7.

I saw that NBL TV used my original research re: worldwide playoff streaks during the pregame. You're welcome.

The Hawks beat the Cats last time, this won't be an easy game for the Cats I feel because they are down Norton.
Big minutes for Martin is a big risk to the team.
Perth should win but we have seen their weaknesses on show before, just whether they can maintain this defensive intensity they lost before.

"Cotton will tear Jackson a new one"
Except Cotton will be playing against Jett and White.

Spain by 1 75 to 74. Deng with 26, 9 & 8. GB out scoured Spain 30 to 19 in the last qtr. It's gonna be a tough one when the Boomers play them.
