Sydney Kings Ownership Structure
There was no worse example than value for money in the league than the Kings first two seasons with Gaze and JvG. Not a bad decision in that regard.

AEG Ogden Chairman and CEO Harvey Lister said: “As the Manager of four home venues in the NBL, our plan three years ago when we acquired the Kings was to save it, turn things around and ensure the club had a strong, long-term future in the National Basketball League.
Translation: We got tired of flushing money down the toilet with nothing to show for. Fuckyou Andrew Gaze, Jeff has explained that it was all your fault.
Fun while it lasted. I guess the rumours about the money being turned off were accurate.

Yes heard a while ago Lister was looking to offload the debt they were incurring. Looks like he found a wood duck!

FWIW, from the Australian Business Register and ASIC websites - "Total Sport and Entertainment" was registered as a body corporate in July 2006. It's registered with ASIC as a company limited by shares.
It has no other trading names and no history of other trading names. Registered address is in North Sydney and main business location is in Crow's Nest.
Also a change in office holder(s) middle of last year. Again no details on the people concerned as that info costs money to get.

Anyone know anything about this company TSE?
I read their website but I still don't fully understand what they do? (Apart from just purchasing the Sydney Kings)

I have been told that the NBL/WNBL Pre Season Show will be at Dandenong, but can't find any more details. Anybody got any more info?
