So southern lost? Woodville didn’t win?

Southern Loss, had an injured guard who made an impact over Summer and first few games this season. Hopefully they’ll be back soon, they missed the intensity and IQ. She had a highest rebound count one game and feeds the scorers.I think Hatchard won’t be far off as well after Crows win the AFLW this weekend.

Sturt and Eagles the MOTR.
The Sabres dropped a game to the Mavs last round, but have averaged 85 for and 53 against in the first 4 games. The Eagles not far behind, but are still undefeated. Will be closer than 16 candles, but Sturt likely to "overcome the Wayville refs"
West might not quite get to 18, but should be able to etch a win.
The Pioneers have had two tough games to open their season, but a home win against the Tigers will get the lumberjackies excited. Norwood are a shadow of their former selves when they dominated a few seasons ago. If there's an "upset" this will be the game. If Pioneers can close out a tight game then this is theirs to lose.
North should have the experience and class to run over the Panthers, possibly by 5 though.
Southern and Woodville could be anyone's game, but Tigeress es at home, by 3
For Super Sunday, hard to see the fresh legged Mavs drop that one

With all the discussion about country players at various Metro clubs and whether Norwood are now the Kadina Flames or the Norwood Yorkers, perhaps an improvement might be to expand the Div 1 competition to 12 teams and include the Magpie and Sharks teams during the winter season. Their home base to be say the Dome (neutral and central)
The benefits are obviously a couple of strong teams in the competition, they get the practice they need, country players have a recognised good pathway, and long term, SAC/Basketball Adelaide would have stronger links.
Thoughts?
