Bullets sign Sobey to 3 year deal

I wonder if this legitimately Sobey trying to land a Boomers (A team) gig?

Although, I suppose we could also question which teams would have been legitimately chasing him?
Possibly only Brissy and SEM? Maybe Kings if they wanted him to play PG
