Indeed, most of the top team coaches are simply arseholes, just got the resources to succeed.
Will be interesting next year if sturt do go in a new direction. Don't know much about Casella but playing with a bad hand. If they bring in 2 gun imports they could be very dangerous. Surely the powers that be there would be looking and saying stuff this, let's shut people up.

Knowing the coaches in the league not sure those guys are unique in that category.

I certainly would not by any stretch. Especially the long termers, that are not progressing anywhere, that can only get wins by running defunct junior programs even more into the ground.
