Will Carmelo play next season?

My own opinion is that with the way the NBA is going, guys like Carmelo aren't needed/not worth having.

Small roster changes probably used to work/help teams big time (ignoring the obvious risk that this may not even help a roster anyway)

Now, unless you already have a very good roster, small roster changes aren't going to do anything for you in practical terms.
