Wildcats Decline NBLxNBA games
Fun fact though, the last time Wildcats declined to play to focus on a championship defense they didn't win the title, but when they did play NBLxNBA they have won the title 100% of the time lol

The first year of NBLxNBA was during the NBL season, last year the NBL psotponed the season by a week in order to play the NBLxNBA games beforehand.

Oh ok cheers Perthworld. I maybe just didn't realise or remember that's how it happened last year.

Haz - no? NBL starts early Oct; NBA mid Oct. So the week after Round 1 of NBL makes sense and is similar to what occurred last season with the NBA moving back their season to start a tad earlier rather than late Oct under the new CBA. You may be thinking of the old NBA start date?
#668 it was a reference to the hot debate from two seasons ago. Keep up and don't demean people with disabilities by using words like that please.

Has there been a shift in the season dates? Why would they be playing this one game into the NBL season? If that's true then it's stupid to go over there and risk a very slow start to their season because of the interuption.

"So they weren't invited? :P" Read the article spastic, clearly says they were invited.

As if NBA teams wouldn't want to play the cats!! Get real. The timing just didn't work out.

So the schedule is ready to go

The Townsville Crocodiles are hoping the doctors will be able to provide some insight into Jacob Holmes' mystery injury.
Holmes injured his knee while training with captain Russell Hinder on Friday and was unable to train in the team's shoot-around on Saturday morning before sitting out the heavy loss to Perth.
He received an MRI scan on the problem knee yesterday, and the Crocs were waiting for a diagnosis.
