Brennan is the video coordinator. He has been doing it volunteering last season with the wildcats and this year got promoted to Jacobs old role on an entry level now that Jacob has been promoted to second assistant.
Brennan has more experience in video scouting than anyone else in the state with his experience doing it for state teams and the wheelchair Australian team.
Parsons and the like won’t be assistant coaches in the NBL because they don’t have experience. It’s not about calling plays or yelling at guys twice a week and then games on weekends.. the role is far more complex than that.
Hard to replace Matt nielsen. Not many too many former Olympic players with nba coaching experience going around. Plus Forde was always known for his opposition scouting, so bringing in an outsider who needs time to get use to the league, players and teams will hurt.
