Did Serbia play there stars a lot or try and get the bench involved?

Watched Lituania play Serbia and they should have won.
They are slick in offence with good teamwork,shooting and defence at the rim.
They will be tough.

Playing the US in the early rounds is probably the best bet for beating them, every game they play they will improve too much to the point where a medal game is going to be way harder to win. Lithuania has Jonas V and he is there best player, with Baynes, Bolden, Bogut, and Landale we should be fine with him. So it is gonna be up to the guards and wings to knock down our threes and limit LITH ones.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before so apologies if this has been covered off already....

Who puts the NBL fixture together? Was looking at the 36ers schedule, or 'fixture', and it seems very clumped!

(Currently) 3x Wildcats games in 5 - including 2 back to back.

(Shortly) 4x Townsville games in 7 - including 2 back to back.

(Round 13/14) 2x Sydney games back to back.

(Later) 3x Cairns games in 5 - including 2 back to back.

And in our last 6 games we play Cairns 3 times and the Hawks twice.

Surely they can make it more even than that?! A team could be struggling early in the season and then come good in the latter half of the season.
Great for the teams that played them early in the season and picked up easy wins.....not great for the teams that have to play them after they have made a few list changes and are highly competitive.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth!
