But still the Perform doesn't know how to layout websites well and the on-demand interface is terrible.

It's still Perform. Looks like they learnt something in the past few years.

I remember it constantly would buffer when Perform were running the service. Did FIBA get rid of them?

By the way, livebasketball.tv is geoblocked in Australia and USA for the World Cup. It mentions other nations might be geoblocked, but doesn't mention which countries.

Even livebasketball.tv is streaming perfectly, even when running two games at once. I never expected to have the option to stream 4 games at once, but it's there if you want it. It seems FIBA has the technical streaming side of this world cup running very smoothly.
If abroad, the livebasketball.tv World Cup pass is easily worth it for just US$6.

Kayo Sports has been excellent. Flawless high quality streaming, and the ability to have multiple games on screen at once is great.
The only thing that is not good is their Apple TV user interface in the menus.

Good idea, although not all of those are public broadcasters.
Sky/ESPN/DAZN are pay TV channels so you would need a login.
Here in Australia Kayo Sports are streaming every game and you can sign up for a free trial.

I like out point out also no D in Sixers and after watching them self implode today soon be no Me in Arena - why are the rotations so predictable - is there any chance we might actually play players who perform when they are and bench when not - i struggling sorry sixers to be a believer i getiing so over same old same old
