You would think as the children in the program have to pay extra to participate in the program that they would use that money to get outside coaches in rather than just using their already hired school teachers who know the bare minimum.
Was paul zbierski one of their coaches? correct me if I am wrong.
I think this can be a cheap option for the rest of the season, pay them per week and if works well, talk after season and have no strings attached. Coach and win they can stay on if they like, coach and dont win, leave with no hard feelings.
