36ers gave away 4000 tickets to the pre season game?
Hey Brunson, carrier pigeon looking pretty good right now for season tickets/memberships, oh wait post usual club excuses here,

actually feel sorry for the players, they are the victims of a muppet CEO, poor administration, useless communication from staff and ego driven owner. As a long term member my communication with the club this season has been the worst ever and that is saying something. No wonder they were giving tickets away, who even knew there was a game at the Arena i didn't until the day. Also would be interested in reading ALL the comments on FB instead of the one they choose to reveal, afraid of criticism much?

Life ruined lol bit dramatic there. Imports get cut all the time the world over and in Europe teams are notoriously much more trigger happy than we are and over there sometimes clubs even stop paying imports altogether.
If anyone actually believes Taylor was cut for Randle because 6,000+ turned up to a pre-season game I've got a bridge to sell you.

The game two nights earlier against the Breakers at TSA only had a crowd of about 600.

Actually them giving away tickets makes sense. I mean what I got from them hiring Jerome, and crediting the crowd for it, is more that they didn't think they'd get enough fans otherwise. Talk of 4000 given away tickets kind of lends credit to that. For a pre-season game? I doubt they were banking on more than a few hundred paying. When do pre-season games ever sell a ton of tickets?

Who cares if it was given away?
Are the Sixers the first organisation to do a loss leader type strategy to drum up exposure, bring casual fans to a game and maybe do a membership drive?
And the Randle part....I never thought for a moment that 6000 attendees in one game was a sound rationale for changing Deshon for Jerome.
There are other logical reasons for the change.
