Last Jersey with prominent team logo

Pretty sure they're referring to the spot generally occupied these days (and in those Hawks jerseys) by the sponsor logo, rather than the lower spot. The Dragons jerseys are actually a better example than the Hawks ones in that photo.

Watching a college game at present and the home crowd counts down the shot clock a few seconds early when their opponents are struggling to get a shot off - worked every time with something being chucked up with 5 secs left!
