They would be the two main decision makers you would imagine. Both based in Melbourne so that also has to work in Victoria's favour when it comes to venue selection

Confirmed from multiple sources both here on the east coast and through contacts in the west, that Warwick Senators (WA - Hosted U16s in 2017) will host 2020 & 2021 U16s.
