Think you’ll find world wide there are lot of guys very similar to Bruce, that are nba ready. Think you’ll also find, there are only so many spots available in the nba.
He also seems pretty content and happy playing in the NBL. He's really found a place to play and call home and enjoy playing in.
He could scrap around the NBA benches for limited minutes and bounce around the G-league, even bounce around europe. But he seems like he is past all that. By staying in Australia he has the chance to build a genuine legacy here with his basketball career. He's going to be one of those guys we look back on in years to come when his jersey is hanging in the rafters and talk about how amazing he was.
Pretty sure the primary concern from NBA teams is his height, yet in all his years here he has done nothing to address that aspect of his game so I can only assume he doesn't care about getting an NBA contract.
