Sack Cotton

This had to be Cotton's worst shooting game in the league. That they squeaked a win, you can put down to Perth's Hunt and Norton and the Breaker's Corey Webster's nability to make the big play at crunch time. He did have a good shooting night otherwise. White picked up scoring when Perth needed though.

"The wildcats need a better PG. The guy can't make a shot to save his life!"

You are quite right about Martin, and today their SG couldn't make a shot either!

We've heard a lot about Petrie having back soreness since November last year. Today's Advertiser article about Schenscher stated that this soreness continues and is being managed.

Petrie also suffered from back soreness last season with the Blaze, which put him out for some games. Given it started a month or so into the season, it sounds like something chronic that is exacerbated by playing.

Does anyone know if this is a chronic problem that will continue throughout his career or something acute that can be fixed through rest or active intervention in the off season? What risk does this present to the 36ers' chances of closing this season out well?
