Patty Mills BEAST MODE
If his number was really uncommon it'd be more likely to be retired.

I watched the game yesterday, he was incredible. Got me thinking. He's been at S.A a long time, will they look at retiring his number ? He's been rock solid for them for nearly a decade, and had some oustanding moments (his 3rd Quarter in one of the finals games in 2014 was incredible).
No other Aussie (to my knowledge) has their number retired by an NBA team. Simmons probably will one day, if he stays in Philly, or somewhere else for an extended period.
S.A have quite a few retired, some of them are pretty obvious. Gervin, Robinson, Bowen, Elliot, Duncan, Ginobili, Parker.
But they have a few others that are less obvious.
Johnny Moore-9 Seasons - Avgd 9.4 points,7.4 assists, 2.0 steals in 519 games
Avery Johnson-10 Seasons-Avgd 10.1 points,6.9 assists, 1.1 steals in 644 games
James Silas-5 Seasons-Avgd 14.9 points in 290 games
for the record, to date @ San Antonio:
9 Seasons, 9ppg, 1.8reb, 2.5ast, 556 Games, + 85 playoff games. Last 4 years has played 325 of a possible, 328 regular season Games.
He's also signed on for next season.
All this is not including his International Record, which some clubs take into consideration, when making these decisions.
Will Patty be the first Aussie to have his numbers in the rafters by an NBA team ?

What's the record for most OT games in a row? Spurs have played 4 on the trot
