I really hate when people think NBL players are players than NBA players because they play under FIBA rules.

Thybulle is regularly playing 20 mins on a NBA finals team.

Ingles and Thybulle can split the minutes at the 3 spot.

Red84, if Simmons threatens to walk out on the Boomers then he'll get what he wants. With the amount of potential embarrassment and loss of $$$ if he walks, BA will cave in on anything he wants.

Thybulle is trained to play NBA. We should not assume that his game will translate well into FIBA where systems and decision making are quite different. Also - if he does take a slot - it will be at the expense of someone who has been around the team for ages. I don't assume that just because someone plays NBA that they are a walk in into a national team. And Ben Simmons does not run our national team.
