It wouldn't surprise me if this is the first and last time that Ben Simmons plays for the Australian Boomers (Tokoyo Olympics).

"All contracts have out clauses for nba, normally with a buy out figure, can be good for clubs." No they do not. Get your facts right. They include NBA out clause but no buy out attached. In Europe leagues - YES buyouts are standard.

Not in the NBL. The players demand no buy out as this impediment would mean NBA teams just sign a guy in Europe. It is not standard to include a buy out. All NBL teams and the league should make it compulsory to include a buyout in these clauses though. Problem is if one team trys to put it in another team will offer a deal without and they will get the player.

Results from the semi final (Promotion games)

Hendo8888 104 lost to Bizzy 123
Ox 270 lost to Pure Silk 347

Meaning Bizzy returns to the Elite League next season and brings Pure Silk with him.

BJF 264 defeated clarky 157
Wookiee 156 defeated DB5 138

Grand Final has seen

Pure Silk v Bizzy for League 2 premiers
Hendo888 v Ox for 3rd place
BJF v Wookkiee for 5th place
Clarky v DB5 to avoid the spoon.

Results from Game 1 will be posted shortly.
