All should be cancelled as per advice shared by BV.

That’s appalling if clubs are still holding VJBL training.

I’d report them to BV ASAP if I knew who they were.

Even small venues should concede safety of patrons come first. Just trying to disinfect score table equipment between games maintain cleaning of equipment and facilities, seriously plus the backlash if games go ahead. Ballarat was still going ahead on the weekend with domestic finals even though BV advised against it. Money not worth it guys.

#862 - Can't understand why games are cancelled? SBC/MSAC/Werribee/Dandenong etc on a Friday Night would exceed the 500 people you've mentioned. Obviously small-club thinking!!!

As in the other thread, 500 isn't a magic fucking number.

Trainings are probably small enough to get away with. Gives the parents something for their money.

I don't mean this from a financial perspective (because I have no idea) but is the NBL and the NBL as a brand in trouble?

Congrats to the Breakers and Wildcats first off both very deserving of where they are, but if you're not a supporter of either side would you even really know their was a finals series going on right now?

There has been some great crowds this season but it just feels like the NBL is becoming more and more irrelevant by the week. The coverage is awful, we are struggling to get the big name players (Johny Flynn aside) and overall just the way the game is being played is boring to watch.

Sorry to have such a negative post, but i'm interested to hear everyone's thoughts.
