Shooting Form Practice (Jumpshot and Freethrow)

Guide hand looks much better in this video. Just make sure when you move further back to hold that follow through, free throw form looks better then the deeper shots imo. Keep working!!

are most of those juniors that play for eastern hills mavs ?

pretty good effort that they are going in state reserve champs if none of them are mavs etc players.
