Hypothetical - what will SA basketball season look like?
Would they run the Premier League for the seniors ?
Then switch it to NBL Central for next season

Pretty sure you don't have that correct.
Indoor training was to begin on the same date.

SA Country carnivals are pathetic D3 standard!

SA Country basketball carnivals could do well out of this - they are usually October onwards til March - will get interest from metro teams. After Bearcats in July no Junior tournaments til Woodville's Xmas one. Then Starplex in January.

for any national comps border movement would need to be open and that seems a long way off.
IMO - I'd prefer bump back of pre-Christmas Summer comp and play a longer main season with a state champs later in year. Start in new age groups in 2021.

That's the current plan. Gyms reopen June 8, so indoor training can happen from then. They've said there will be a training period before district games start back up, so you'd assume that would be somewhere in the region of 2 weeks to a month. Unless things change from now, the plan appears to be district games starting by early-mid July.
Starplex have updated their schedule to say social games start again on the 8th, but that's probably a moving target (pending if they are actually allowed to go straight back into games).

1 round of Winter season then Finals. Start new Summer as per normal time. Easy.

With age groups lasting 2 years the kids that are bottom or top agers could be disadvantaged if they don't get the current winter season in even in a partial way. Ultimately they'll quit for better governed and run sports.
Wait for BSA to make a total mess of this. They can't run basketball when things are normal let alone through the current pandemic. Absolute bunch of amateurs.

This news Hillcrest flooded again tonight how will this impact state champs? It was only 4 years ago when it last flooded!
