Yep it was. Unsure now if new teams come in.
Someone else said "his is exciting! Great to have a national club championship again" That will never happen afaik. The SEABL had one of them and it petered away. Too expensive when all teams have to pay their own way to where ever it is held.

Will WA scrap their salary cap and let it be a free for all like other states? Or will the whole nbl1 have a salary cap.
Would have to be one of the two. Having one conference with a restriction and others not, would be a pretty compromised ‘national’ Compeititon.
