Duop Reath training with the Wildcats
Yes it appears so, pathetic.

Gliddon is at Phoenix, Drmic brisbane
Let me explain to you how the world actually works. Players have agents. Desirable players will have every single club talking to their agents - thats how it works - nobody just goes somewhere. Their agents negotiate and attempt to get multiple offers that the player considers and accepts the most appealing. - It could be they end up where the rumours say but that doesn't mean they weren't considered by other teams including Perth.
Buluk is a sg
Since you have clearly never watched the NBL let me explain how it works.
Individual coaches will depending on personnel and skills play anyone from a stretch-4 to wing/2 at the SF position. Perth has won two champs playing Terrico White, who with his limitations really plays as another SG. This is Gleeson's preference because of the lack of points from Martin. When it comes to bringing players off the bench there needs to be even more flexibility. When Gleeson had a relatively tall squad he would use Redhage, Wagstaff, and Hire in the SF spot. I'm sure he would love to have somebody like Prather, but they are unlikely to have a import slot to spare. In which case it will depend on who is available and what budget they have left. I'm sure he would love to get somebody capable of starting at the 3 and keep Stiendl off the bench but we'll just have to wait and see. Both Stiendl and Lo Buluk are 2/3s, they can be slotted into either depending on the circumstances.
Reath plays both pf and c
So What?

But Perth can pay accordingly so neither Landale nor Motum should be out of reach for the Wildcats. Just ask D2.0

Reath is a Centre, he doesn't need to hit the 3-ball.
Plumlee is unlikely to be back, as we will need to use that import slot on a gun PF.
Sadly White won't be back unless Cotton naturalises.
Notwithstanding all the dominoes that still need to fall, my best guess is we will look something like this:
Norton / Martin / Britt
Cotton / (local) / Travers
Steindl / Lo Buluk
IMPORT PF / Wagstaff
(local) / Majok
For the local 2/3 spot, I guess guys like Dech, Gliddon, and returning college players would be under consideration, maybe even someone like Drmic, or Pozoglou.
For the local centre, could be somebody like Reath or Mathiang, or a local veteran??

Could be
Norton/Martin
Cotton/Buluk
White/Steindl/Travers(DP)
Reath/Wagstaff
Plumlee/Majok

Perf perf perf waaaaaaaaaaa

And we win, have more money and more fans. Some people (not all) can't seem to handle it.
Other people like the Anon above seem to put complaints like the 4 import issue and MU spending solely on Cats fans even though there were the fans from 7 other team's making the same comments.
It's all good, most Perth fans just laugh it off.

I'm not going to go into Perth Fans hate...I'll leave that for the experts.
Let's go into what Anon'532 has typed.
Example being the cry about Melbournes spending but fail to acknowledge that Bryce is now the highest paid player in the league.
Why are you comparing salaries last season with next season? Why would Perth fans bitching about something that happened last year be invalidated by something next year?
Or cry about Sydney having four imports, even though one was an injury replacement player
The issue was not about Deshon Taylor, it was about Lazada being a Next Star. Next Stars were originally for players ELIGIBLE for the draft, NOT a Draft and Stash. This just raises the bar so future next stars will be of James Ennis or Jordan McRae ilk.
but again fail to acknowledge when they had two imports, earnest Ross, drake U’u and naturalized Shawn Redhage.
You've just acknowledged that Redhage was naturalised then use him in an argument as an Import, that is Class A asinine.
Ross and U'u had some connection to Australia that made them locals in FIBA's interpretation.

Not that. It’s eastern state’s get aggravated by the ignorance and arrogance of Perth fans.

It’s just annoying how the fans act they their s**t don’t stink

Is it just me, or do people from other states just simply hate Perth?
If so, have those people actually experienced Western Australia to criticize?

Fans from a couple of eastern states: Yes they started this week
Perth fans: oMg NO NoT uNtiL jUlY 4tH!

Perth fans: Sydney Melbourne spend more money cry cry cry
Perth Wildcats: spend entire cap on One player

No one:
Perth fans: OmG nIC NaT wILL pLaY fOR CaTS ThIS yEAr

Firstly, we don't know how good Reath may or may not be in the NBL.
Secondly, I said if they re-signed Kay or similar. Over the past few seasons, Trev has used his big centres for generally around 30~35 minutes combined, and relied upon them more for rebounding and rim-protection.
Assuming Cotton doesn't naturalise in time, we're not going to use an import slot on Plums or another Centre to play 20 minutes a game. In which case Reath looks like a good option.
Lastly, Perth is his home, and he's said publicly before he'd like to play here. Such players are always good pickups if they fit the needs.

Who was the young blonde curly haired bloke?
It definately didn't look like Travers

LeBron is set to be awarded his 4th MVP award, joining Chamberlain, Russell, Abdul-Jabbar and Jordan who all won 4 themselves.
Where does that leave LeBron in comparison to these greats, and how much further can he go?
