Xavier Cooks re-signs with Sydney Kings

Cooks played Summer League for the Lakers perhaps NBA scouts know something you don't anon?

Cooks can be the replacement for Bogut, he is almost as capable a defender and much more mobile (as well as no need to load manage).
He is a good asset to have, I didn't think there was much wrong with him other than lack of outside shot. If he did have an outside shot, he'd likely be the same as Kay and on the way out.

Don’t really judge a person on first season myself.

Cooks played really well in the playoffs hopefully can keep up the same form

Kickettt and Bogut up in the air so could be a new big.

Not sure on kickett s status.

Maybe...

Replacement for Lisch
Could be mathiang, Brandt or salt as c

Tate 3? Myeeeeah, can't be sold on that. He's quick & can shoot, but largely because teams elected to let him shoot outside.
Though I think, like how WW used Kickett, Tate, Moller & Cooks could all defend the 4 & 5. Moller can also defend the 3.
This trio would EAT the glass at both ends & all have super motors!

Moller is Cooks backup at the 4
Tate will play 3 man.

As for Daz's stupidity:
Only 10% of players opted out. Not a mass exodus.
60% of opt-outs have opted back in. Not a mass exodus.
Bogut would have retired if it wasn't for COVID.
Goulding has a foot out of the door every time he's a free agent.
The Kings are probably quite happy not to be paying Ware anymore.
There is significant import turnover every NBL season. It's not unique to this year.

like the potential Kings front court of Tate, Cooks & Moller. Don't care who plays the 5, but this trio is athletic AF!
So you're suggesting they go with a 4-man frontcourt? Well that would be novel, even by Kings' standards.
Remember when everyone was panicking about all the players who were going to leave, and I was roundly mocked for suggesting a mass exodus was unlikely?
It's the NBL. Considering the very small number of players that are top-shelf Euro material, it doesn't take many to be considered a relative exodus.
There is now only one player in the entire league who has remained opted out, and from what he's said in the media he was likely to have done so even without COVID-19.
Apart from being wrong, wtf has opting-out got to do with anything? It's long since been realised that whether or not a player was contracted and had to "opt out" is entirely irrelevant.
The only question is whether players stay or go.
Cotton stayed, Kay has probably gone, White is probably not coming back.
Ware is gone and probably not coming back, and Bogut appears to be sitting this one out.
Trimble is gone, Long is gone, even Foulding has one foot out the door.
No sign yet that ANY of Cairns trio are returning to the NBL.

Who cares, plenty of us expected these blokes to re-sign
League is looking strong, love it!!!

Is Chris Goulding or Angus Glover the new 2 guard?

Keep in mind that these are external rankings. Players under contract retain their internal rankings which may be lower or higher.
Looks like a few reviews were up-held or rankings otherwise adjusted. Ballinger from an 8 to a 7. Forman from a 9 to an 8. Hill from 6 to 5. Lewis from 5 to 4. Burston from 7 to 5. Corletto from 8 to 7. Trueman 6 to 4. Allen 5 to 4.
Appeals that looked to have been rejected:
Gibson
Massingale
Bruton
Blanchfield
