COVID provisions in NBL contracts?
</blockquote>tWell Mitch Creek is now posting his thoughts that covid19 is a hoax, so there isn't much hope for the league. Is there a dumber player in the league?</blockquote> Will he pay someone to have it for him if he catches it?
I think there are some problems moving forward, especially for the Victorian teams.
We may have a Tassie team sooner than we expect. Perhaps South East Melbourne becomes, SSSE Melbourne.
At this stage the NBL is playing the season as per planned, but it may end up being a season best shelved with Cairns's venue renovations meaning a smaller stadium, then there's the Victorian question, the NSW potential second stage and those pesky sand gropers not letting anyone into the state.
Perhaps a round robin tournament in Wellington NZ could stir up interest in a second Kiwi team, or else the hub might work. I note the point re lack of a FTA deal, but a "travelling circus" is another option. Teams start off in Perf, play 4 games over a week or so, the off to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney Brisbane and finish the season off in NZ with Jacinta hosting a hug fest.

All the teams in the NBL but Perth.
They’ll show up to empty venues to claim the win and claim the 20/21 championship

According to his old college, Whitfield has been signed by the Bandits to replace Ntumba.
