Grey area. Act of God clause. Sorry agree, basketball is an expensive game, cut your losses mum and dad as you will be back next season no matter what refund it discount.

Nothing to do with breaking your kids heart or all mighty dollar, what a dumb comment. You pay your fees at the start of a season to play a season of Basketball. If that cannot be provided to you then you are entitled to a refund, its law. Some parents are not as well off as others so every penny would count to them. If you want to donate your fees to the club so be it but a part refund of at least 60% min should be offered

Western Port not giving any refunds because of their previous debts.

Bulleen have offered us 35% off next seasons fees. No offer of a refund. I will be considering what I will do next year now and asking for my money back.

Looks like Elthan only has to pay 50%. I guess that what all clubs will do other than Geelong who are still training. Surely all clubs have similar expenses

Maybe you should add Geelong have opened up Sunday training and putting on an alternative Friday night program. But you are absolutely right, if you unhappy don't come back. We are and will return. Cheers.

Any club offering only 25% is clearly looking after those who take money from the club rather than those families who put in.

50% is reasonable, the club has paid court hire for the team from October through to mid-March, so there's 5 months of court hire not used.

Southern Pen 50%. Looks like that's around the average. Anything above is a well managed club and below..... 25% well you can only assume that they inconsiderate and selfish or if they do need the money badly mismanaged

Interest on debt, staff, facilities if leased, contracts.

Guaranteed this will send a couple of clubs broke. They have already spent the money.

With only grading games played anything under 60 would be a joke
