NBL Trophies Available?

Weigh took the best three point shooter trophy.
But, they caught up with him and got it back.
So, the trophy for the best three point shooter is available, now.

The Taipans received a banner from the NBL for finishing the 2014-15 season on top as "minor premiers", lost to the Breakers in the Grand Final.

Someone on here mentioned the other day that every team should be allowed to spend money on a player outside the caps (australian or import) in the NBL. Obviously the NBL and clubs have clearly financially been struggling so it's nothing they would do in the near future if not at all, but is it an idea that should be looked at? It would bring alot more entertainment and skill to the league, but could also ruin teams sticking with a core group as players would only come for the money. What problems could you guys see if that was to come into play? or Benefits?
