Seeing how it was posted this afternoon, thought it was newsworthy. But if tested on Wednesday why did it take so long to be confirmed as negative.

A lot on internet forum trolls believe the NBA draft is rigged. Cavs, Irving. Hornets. Davis ect If so, who would the NBA want to hand the first pick to this year? Magic. Kings?
