That wasn't a disgrace, given that we were so out-manned. Good to see that we won the boards, something I would not have thought possible without Rychart.

Poor free throw shooting, but that is nothing new for Adelaide. We only have two types of free throw shooters here: excellent and shithouse! Gower's 1-6 wasn't good, but at least they all hit the rim (those who saw the game will know what I mean by that).

I would have liked to see Oscar get the same number of shots Holmes and Farley did. I'm a little dissapointed that Nash gave so little over the past two games, given his excellent form for the 5 or 6 before that. Hill was pretty ordinary, as was Cooper. Burgess did whatever he felt like. I couldn't even tell who was guarding Boodnikoff as he was so wide open the whole time.

It's a pretty good thing that Cairns couldn't make a foul shot either, and that Aaron Grabau was playing, otherwise we might have gone down by 50!

The thing is if Maher and Dusty were there and someone like Hambour/Gower got on court, the opposition would gamble and leave Hambour to double, Maher, Farley or Dusty. Last night there was no need to gamble and thus it was pretty much one on one defense all night.

So you've thrown inexperienced players into the mix and expecting them to shoot better?

It was always a case of a loss tonight, it was just a matter of how much. After watching the bench put in a pretty good performance the night before at the end of the game (even thought that was over) I expected a bit more - FT shooting there is no excuse, but those guys need some plays run for them PHIL - It almost seemed after halftime that willie was running stuff for Coops, dont know if that was a phil directive or willie trying to boost his coops confidence a bit after getting schooled for 20 & 10 at the half!

You can't blame the absence of Maher and Rychart for the poor shooting. Nothing is going in for them. Its the shooting percentages that's killing them. I don't think there was much assistance from Gower and Hambour. Gower 1/6 free throws is not good when they are unchallenged shots. Even at ABL level you would expect better. Same with Hambour who could not convert 4 free throws after a Tech foul and only made one. If they made a quarter of the shots they missed, the deficit would have been adequately made up.

This is definately not a disgraceful loss. Cairns are a very good team and were at full strength tonight except for Stewart. We had no Maher and Rychart and this is no surprise to why we lost by 24. Justif think if Mee and Catallini were injured for example. Im positive they would have struggled too.

Stop saying that ttghis is a pathetic performance u wankers. The sixers are clearly under manned and i'm sure if Maher and Rychart were fully fit and playing that 20 pt decifit would be erased easily. So stop bagging the sixers. This is for all the people saying what a pathetic performance it is by the Sixers.

Can anyone give us the real score on Fox , i know that the livescore is probably screwed up any way
