If anyone on the site knew anything about NT Basketball they might understand that it doesn't neccessarily take a decent defence to force up a 17% shooting percentage and 50 odd turnovers. Quite often you will find these kids don't train together and it takes them two or three games to get in sync with eachother, and given this is the only level they get an opportunity to play at outside the NT they haven't got the experience, but that should not exclude them from participating. After all, look at John Wernham of Forrestville who grew up in NT, and current SA Metro Bryce Whittaker from Forrestville. These kids would not have had any experience to slip into BASA Div 1 if they hadn't had the chance to play at Nationals with NT.
Where would you expect the NT to get represenation at a National Level? And what would you ask WA Country to do?
