Its very easy to see the obvious and lay blame. The truth is always someing different.
This action would not have been taken lightly by the owners and Heal woud have been consulted by the owners, not the other way around. Thats how business works. It was not Heal to found some rich blokes and conned them into starting a club!
The truth would probably never come out, but there was someting else going on.
