Farley out of favour

I can't believe how much flack I need to take over repeating something that Smyth said. He didn's say it directly to me, he said it upstairs after the game in the presence of about 100 people. When he was asked the question about Farley not playing many minutes, he said he was not well and lacking in energy. He said he is probably down with the doctor right now. Now whether that was a cover up for the real problem or whether it was correct, I cannot read his mind. Whether you accept my information or not is up to you but please don't shoot the messenger.

The fact he came on again towards the end of the game is because he was not injured. No where did I say he was injured.

111643, it was announced before by Copes that he is hoping to call it quits at the end of the 06-07 season.

yea if they were to go that way and let Farley go (even though i wouldnt mind Farley staying) i think they should replace him with a import SF, some one like Jayson Wells would be ideal in my opinion or if we could steal a Dave Thomas from the tigers some how, and if we got Newley that would be awesome to have him start SG, if not i still wouldnt mind seeing Hill start SG with Copeland as his back up playing the same role as he is this year!

a team like that wouldnt be too bad i reckon, if you could through Newley in there instead of say Copeland that would be even better!!

Wow that is a strong article, im a huge Farley fan and hope he does stay but after reading this i wont be surprised if he isnt a 36er next year!
But with the depth we have at SG with Copeland, Hill and Ng, Newley being mentioned as a recruiting target as he is a free agent next season i can see the logic in getting a import SF aslong as they are able to sign atleast 2 of Copeland, Hill and Newley i dont neccesarily think it would be a bad idea.
How ever im a huge Farley fan so i personally hope he does have a great end to the season and is back with us next year!!
